Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary based on your location and the courier service used. Generally, you can expect your order to arrive within a reasonable timeframe. We recommend checking the tracking information provided in your confirmation email for the most accurate delivery estimates. Please note that unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays, and we appreciate your understanding in such cases.

Order Tracking

Delivery Handover

When your order arrives, the delivery may occur in person. This means that you may need to be present at the delivery address to receive your package. The courier will ensure that your order is handed over securely. If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier may leave a notice with instructions on how to retrieve your package.

Shipping Communication

All communication regarding shipping inquiries will be conducted via email. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please contact us at [email protected]. We aim to respond to all inquiries promptly and provide you with the information you need regarding your shipment.

We reserve the right to update or modify our shipping policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected on our website, and we encourage you to review our policy periodically. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined in our shipping policy. Thank you for choosing us for your home improvement needs.
